As in one of my previous posts, I talked about how people are afraid of color. Well that seems to be the case in not just lips, but in eyes as well! See, what people don't realize is there is a way to wear color without channelling an 80's pop icon. The trick is to always wear the brightest color on the outside corner of your eye where your lid meets the crease of your eyelid. Then blend with a more neutral or darker color below that, and finish with the lightest color (a white or neutral) the closest to the inside corner of your eye. Be sure to blend well with a good brush or it will look silly when you close your eyes!
